Girorona Train companies. How to take a train from Girona

It is important to know that there is no train at the airport of Girona. If you wish to take the train to any other destionation, first you will have to go to Girona city by bus (bus transfer from Girona Airport to Girona city).

If you take the bus to Girona, you will be dropped at the Bus station of Girona, which is next to the train station. If you want to take a taxi to Girona, it will cost you around 10-15 Euro, and will take around 15 minutes.

Once at the train station, get informed about which trains will bring you to the desire destination.

IMPORTANT: To go Barcelona from Girona, by train, choose your train between CATALUNYA EXPRESS or REGIONAL DELTA. The cost of these lines are around 6-8 Euro. Other lines will bring you to Barcelona, but will cost you more than the double (20 Euro), which is unnecessary.
